Metro Regional Traffic Safety Division - MOP – The Division is staffed by law enforcement personnel who possess certain law enforcement related expertise that would prove useful to the member agencies of the Council in areas of crowd control and traffic control, traffic safety initiatives, and providing escorts for major events occurring in and among member communities.  The Regional Traffic Safety Division is comprised of a Motorcycle Unit.
